If your order is missing an item, please check and verify the following:

On rare occasions, an item may have been cancelled due to availability, and you would have been notified via email. Please check your inbox and spam folder for any such notifications. If an item was cancelled, we would have already refunded you for that item.

- Check for Multiple Shipments:

Sometimes, orders are shipped in multiple packages to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. This can happen due to items shipping from different warehouses, the size and weight of the items, or specific product handling requirements. Make sure to check your tracking information for all packages associated with your order.

Track Order

- Review Delivery Locations: Please confirm with household members or neighbours that no packages were left in an unexpected location. Sometimes, carriers may leave packages in a secure spot around your home.
